Adding MULTISSOL to fuel does not create a liability in the excise duty and does not require a tax warehouse because it is delivered with the excise paid
Legal basis
ACT of 6 December 2008 on excise duty:
Art. 47.1. "The production of excise goods specified in Annex 2 to the Act and excise goods other than those specified in Annex 2 to the Act, subject to the excise duty rate other than the zero rate may only take place in the tax warehouse, excluding the production of: 1) excise goods, using only excise goods, from which the excise duty was paid in an amount equal to or higher than the amount of excise duty due to be paid on the excise goods produced, ... ".
Art. 87.4. "The production of energy products for the addition of additives or admixtures in an amount not exceeding 0.2% of the volume of an energy product containing these additives, excluding coloring and labeling of energy products referred to in Article 90 shall not be considered as production of energy products. paragraph 1. "
