DETERGENT ACTIVITY
In order to ensure proper engine power and complete fuel combustion, it is necessary to keep the power supply clean. Preventing of deposit sticks on injection equipment is of particular importance in Heavy Duty Diesel engines. Petroleum oil, as well as biocomponents contained in commercial fuel, do not have the ability to dissolve or wash off sediments accumulating on the surface of the engine's power system components.
The washing properties of diesel fuel are provided only by a properly selected detergent additive, which is used in the optimal concentration. This additive prevents the deposition of coke, lakes and soaps on the elements of the injection equipment. The systematic washing of the surface causes dissolution and dispersion in the diesel fuel of sedimentary substances - precipitant precursors, which are then burnt in the engine together with the fuel.
Thanks to this, the power system is clean, and the fuel dosing, creation of the fuel and air mixture and its combustion takes place in an optimal manner and in accordance with the regulation and characteristics of the engine's operation.

On photo 2a you can see the lack of proper atomization of fuel, which is popularly called "injection molding".
